These puzzles are nice (we bought a set of different ones afterward). The box is separated into 4 so each puzzle can be kept separate. On top of that, each piece is labeled to a puzzle so they can be identified if mixed together. The puzzle can be assembled on top of the box (cover slides on/off). Pieces are made of wood so they should hold up pretty well. However, the particular box we got was not completely square/intact. The sliding cover does not fully stay on and comes off the grooves a bit. Might be an issue with quality control. Puzzles are still nice though.

I love these puzzles! Got them for my 3 and 5-year-old and they absolutely love them! They are VERY well built! Each puzzle piece has a little symbol on the bottom side of it to help keep the puzzles separate and know what pieces go to what puzzle! The little box they come in is perfect, small size and the lid that slides in is the perfect size for the kiddos to sit and do a puzzle right on top of, aka a little workbench if they are doing it say sitting on the couch or in the car! Very well thought out and cute puzzles! They are thick wooden pieces that will last a very long time, not the thin cardboard puzzles that start to peel, get bent, fall apart, etc… they should last for a very long time and provide many hours of enjoyment for my boys! Thanks for the great product! I will continue to buy stuff from Melissa & Doug in the future, I have yet to be disappointed in anything from M&D…thanks, guys!
